Weightloss is an outcome of a balanced body and mind. To lose weight we need to work with our body (not against it) and nurture all aspects of wellbeing (physical, mental, emotional and spiritual).

It is also highly beneficial to work with the unconscious mind that can either support or hinder our weight loss efforts. Neuroscientists estimate that we operate from our conscious minds about 5% of the time. The rest of the time we are operating from unconscious patterns and habits. Your unconscious mind will work to make your beliefs that you have about your weight and weightloss in general a reality in your external world.

I will provide you with a customised nutrition and lifestyle plan that has been tailored specifically to your individual needs and goals. When our bodies and mind are in balance there is no need for calorie counting and we do not experience cravings for the wrong types of foods. This initial plan focuses on:

MY SIMPLE 3-STEP PROCEDURE:
1. You complete the online nutrition and lifestyle questionnaire. This extensive information enables me to tailor the plan specifically to your needs.

2. We meet for a 60 minute session (via teleconference or skype) where I provide you with your nutrition and lifestyle plan to support you in reaching your weight loss goals. I will also teach you two powerful techniques for working with your unconscious mind.

3. You kick off the program and receive unlimited support via email for 30 days
